I have the same problem. I am a new user and i could not get it to work. I have also tried downloading zotify on another computer and i had the same issue. I have also tried the workarounds in other threads but kept running into even more issues. |

Every time I try to donwload something, I write the username and password and it shows me this. Honestly I don't know what does it mean... I'm not into this...
