Currently, the pre-build API lacks support for Topics in Groups which was added on November 5, 2022, in Bot API 6.3.

Currently, the pre-build API lacks support for Topics in Groups which was added on November 5, 2022, in Bot API 6.3.

I no longer use it myself. Pyrogram is better choice.
Maybe you can built it on ubuntu, and sent it to here, I'll bump version. :(
