At the moment, URLs are just passed through. I'd like to add the ability to force HTTPS connections when HTTP URLs are provided.

After thinking about it, I'm going to move this to "wontfix". The programmer should explicitly know to set the HTTPS for the site they are pulling from AND under no circumstances should a user dictate the HTTP/HTTPS call.
