Shooting accuracy is non-functional when the target player is in a vehicle #244

When using FCNPC_AimAtPlayer and shooting at a player, the accuracy has no effect on vehicles. If the player is in a vehicle, every single shot will hit, even if weapon accuracy was set to 0. Is this something that is known about, and can it be fixed? I'm trying to make them manually shoot and manually create 'accuracy' but I'm finding that difficult.
