Unable to add to cocoapods after udating to 38.1 #12

After updating the cocoapods to latest version,
any install command with
pod "ZLPeoplePickerViewController"

gives the error
Analyzing dependencies
[!] Unable to satisfy the following requirements:

ZLPeoplePickerViewController required by Podfile

Any idea?
