Keybind to open context menu at text cursor?

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

I can right click the text area to show a context menu.
However, when I press the menu key on my keyboard (or Shift+F10 on a compact keyboard, I tried both), nothing happens and the context menu does not show in zed.
I think the menu key should work the same way as in Firefox, where it opens a context menu at the text cursor or on the focused object.

OS: Windows 10.0.22631
Memory: 13.8 GiB
Architecture: x86_64
GPU: AMD Radeon 780M Graphics || AMD proprietary driver || 24.2.1 (LLPC)

none of the actions I mentioned in this bug report produce any output on the log.

I also wanted this and have a decent start on an implementation. It works, but not yet good enough for a PR.

Forgot to update this issue, there is now a menu action! It might just work on windows, but may need additions to the default keybindings.

• Default keybinding for Mac - not sure what the convention is there.
• Determine if it works on Windows
