Allow Python 3.12?

Sorry for opening a new issue just after the 0.4.0 release, but I just noticed that stwfsapy does not support Python 3.12:

I created an issue for Annif Python 3.12 support, and at the moment there are also many other dependencies that block Python 3.12 support of Annif, but eventually at some point they will be resolved, so I'm opening this to not to forget ask it for stwfsapy too. 🙂
