给pst-agent和pst增加执行脚本的功能，这样就可以：
通过rcon或者restapi停止服务器，执行脚本更新服务器，执行脚本开启服务器
后面两个可以自己写及脚本指令，最好再内置服务器安装脚本，这样能当开服器用了
