<div class="entry-content"><p>看《Life of Pi》之前并没看过原著。这两天也没抽出时间看——不过，看过电影之后，却被恶心坏了。</p>
<p>电影的画面很漂亮。前一个半小时，作为观众，没想到李安要讲的究竟是什么，只是觉得他总是想往宗教上靠——只是觉得有点好笑。两个日本调查员出现之后，第二个版本的故事开讲，我才反应过来李安到底要说什么（或者，他自己要说的可能是另外一会事儿，但最终说出来的竟然如此）：</p>

<p>无论多恶心的事儿，为了活命都可以干，因为那是神的指引（管它哪个神）——只要活下来就行。别人会怎么看无所谓，反正他们会选那个听起来不错的版本。</p>
</blockquote>
<p>这是一部画面美丽，故事下流的电影。</p>

<div class="entry-content"><p>陆川的《王的盛宴》上映了。对这个抄袭剽窃的家伙拍的电影，当然不会有任何兴趣（<a href="http://ent.sina.com.cn/r/m/2002-06-05/86360.html">《寻枪》vs.《野良犬》</a>；<a href="http://video.sina.com.cn/v/b/11617811-1309656292.html">《可可西里》vs.《我的藏羚羊》</a>）。只是多了一个慨叹，在这个时代，我们见过太多的剽窃犯因欺世盗名而越发嚣张、越发得意（歌手比如台湾的黄舒骏、大陆的花儿乐队；作家比如郭敬明、韩寒……）。</p>
<p>另外一端，冯小刚的《一九四二》也根本无法看好。尽管刘震云的文笔，我个人觉得，要比莫言强多了。审查制度的存在，确实使这部小说没办法在银幕上发挥它原本的力量。可这也不能完全怪审查制度的存在。（根本没去看。问了一下看过的朋友，“是不是一个特没故事的电影啊？”得到的答案是万分肯定的。）</p>
<p>冯小刚也好，陆川也罢，根本就是这个审查制度下的既得利益者——尽管他们（含且不止含他们俩）一而再再而三地哭诉“自己到底有多么不容易”。事实是，如果没有审查制度，以他们这个水平，当今世界上最炫的艺术形式——电影——就根本没他们什么事儿。</p>
<p>对冯小刚的批评，被骂得最多的，是“有本事你拍1962啊！”——这种批评确实该骂——肏，有本事你直接骂该骂的人或机构啊！你不敢，没人说不可以，可你凭什么要求别人勇敢？！</p>
<p>而冯小刚的本性使得，在这样的环境里，他这么做；但是，如若没有审查制度，在那样的环境里，他肯定会有另外一个选择。他是所谓的达人，鸡贼得很——这是令很多人（比如，没出息时的我）羡慕的一种能力。</p>
<p>陆川则不同，丫没才气，只不过是一小偷。如若这是另外一番气候，如果有审查制度，如果真的全靠能力竞争，丫早就该死了。</p>
<p>最终，制度决定格调。</p>

<p>国人对剽窃的宽容，大概是举世闻名的。在阅读帖子与回复的过程中，我曾有过幻觉：“还是有不少人能够分辨是非的！”可今早醒来，想起来很可能存在另外一种情况：“有更多的人其实持另外一种态度，只不过，他们也知道这种态度‘不宜公开’，于是选择了沉默……”怎么想都觉得沉默的是大多数。不禁黯然。</p>

<div class="entry-content"><p>前几天写了个TextMate Bundle，用来输入国际音标的HTML Entities，托管在github: <a href="https://github.com/xiaolai/ipa-html-entities-tmbundle">ipa-html-entities-tmbundle</a>。后来发现鼠须管有一个IPA Schema，不过，用过之后，发现对于只需要输入英语音标的需求来说，并不是很方便。</p>
<p>今天花了十几分钟，用<a href="http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?site_id=nrsi&id=ukelele">Ukelele</a>编写了一个<a href="http://www.lixiaolai.com/files/English-Phonetics.keylayout">English Phonetics Keyboard Layout</a>(点击鼠标右键选择‘另存为…’)。下载之后，放进 <code>/Library/Keyboard Layouts/</code> 目录，而后就可以像添加输入法一样调用了：</p>

<div class="entry-content"><p>早就有人向我推荐鼠须管输入法，可惜我愚笨，试了一下没学会，就放下了。昨天因为不想在新机器上安装百度、QQ、搜狗之类的输入法，就想起重新试试鼠须管。幸好Gtalk上能联络到作者佛振，在他的帮忙下终于搞定。</p>
<p>这款输入法的名字是<a href="http://code.google.com/p/rimeime/wiki/Downloads">Rime</a>，Linux版叫“中州韵”(ibus-rime)，Windows版叫“小狼毫”(Weasel)，Mac OS版叫“鼠须管”(Squirrel)。</p>
<p>下载安装很容易，配置，由于没有图形化界面(GUI)，所以稍微麻烦一点点。(事实上，只是因为我的需求稍微特殊一点，如果过去一直是使用全拼、简拼的话，其实完全没必要进行什么设置，下载安装之后就可以直接用了……另，如果你用全拼，但需要打开模糊音设置，那就创建<a href="https://gist.github.com/2320943">这个文件</a>；如果你需要其它输入方案，那就创建<a href="https://gist.github.com/2309739">这个文件</a>)</p>
<p>我的需求如下：</p>
<ul>
<li>微软双拼方案（当年选择微软拼音的时候，还是所谓“万码奔腾”的时代，那时候它还真是当时最好的中文输入法。）</li>
<li>模糊音设置（只需区分 z/zh、c/ch、s/sh —— 这是十多年前为了提高输入速度而养成的习惯，还真的很难改回来……）</li>
</ul>

<p>话说当年选个输入法真的不容易，因为没有一个方案是完善的——其实到今天也一样，只不过，算法及计算能力的改善使得键位方案没那么重要了……</p>
<p>微软拼音（其实是哈尔滨工业大学开发，后来被微软购买的）在当年算是最好的方案了。当年花了一下午时间适应了双拼之后，觉得输入速度大幅度提高（毕竟两键一字啊！）后来，发现还有一个提高速度的方法，就是打开模糊音，不区分z/zh、c/ch、s/sh。这样的话，可以调整左右手搭配。比如，输入“是啊”这两个字的时候，如果不打开模糊音，那么就是<code>u</code> <code>i</code> <code>o</code> <code>a</code>，连续三个右手动作，而后一个左手动作；可如果打开模糊音了的话，就可以输入 <code>s</code> <code>i</code> <code>o</code> <code>a</code>，这样就是左右手交替，左右左右，明显更容易有节奏。(记得当年选择微软拼音输入方案的另外一个原因是，它的选字方法有个很智能的地方，就是方向键移动光标到右侧尽头之后，光标会循环显示至最左侧——这个小功能无比体贴；还有，它的整句输入在当时是革命性的……)</p>
<p>这一用，就用了十多年，到了Mac上才意识到苹果是不可能提供微软拼音方案的……这一年多以来，各种输入法之间徘徊，每一个都是凑合着用……直到现在，有了鼠须管……</p>

<p>鼠须管的图标比较难看，我随便在网上找了一个适合放在菜单条上的黑白图标：<a href="https://github.com/xiaolai/rime-settings/raw/master/rime.icns">https://github.com/xiaolai/rime-settings/raw/master/rime.icns</a>，用来替换<code>/Library/Input\ Methods/Squirrel.app/Contents/Resources/rime.icns</code>.</p>
<h1 id="section-4">导入各种词库</h1>
<p>我自己没空折腾这个，基本上自带的词库对我来说已经够用了。不过，这里有一篇很详细的文章，应该够用了：<a href="http://www.ukuang.com/2012/10/13/鼠须管输入法导入搜狗细胞词库/">鼠须管输入法导入搜狗细胞词库</a>.</p>

<p>用了几天之后才发现鼠须管居然带着一个国际音标输入方案，这对我来说实在太有用了！打开之前用过的default.custom.yaml文件，添加这个方案：</p>

<p>另外，我自己前几天写了个TextMate Bundle，用来输入国际音标的HTML Entities，托管在github: <a href="https://github.com/xiaolai/ipa-html-entities-tmbundle">ipa-html-entities-tmbundle</a>，也许对一些人有用。</p>

<div class="entry-content"><p>两年前，着手写《人人都能用英语》，成稿一段时间后，由于种种原因，并没有正式出版。随后只因事物繁忙，搁置至今。最近在<a href="http://lixiaolai.com/blog/2012/10/15/ruby-on-rails-is-my-new-start/">学Ruby on Rails</a>、以及写《<a href="http://lixiaolai.com/alpha/on-learning/">学习学习再学习</a>》的过程中，又重新审视了之前的文稿，有点庆幸当初并未出版。我将花几周时间做准备，然后重新开始写——不过，确定的是，坚决不再使用传统出版渠道——只发表在互联网上，甚至应该做成一个互联网应用才好。</p>

<div class="entry-content"><p>一直在说，“偷懒的唯一方法是不偷懒”。结果，一晃好几年过去，在一个重要的领域，自己犯了这个错误。</p>
<p>2007年的时候，知道了ROR的存在，研究了一小下，没学会。然后就想，我毕竟不需要自己写代码的吧？于是，四处找人帮忙，也找过各种外包……最终，自己想要做的网站一直就没有做出来。这中间“偷懒地”用了很多工具，WordPress, Drupal…等等，都差强人意。</p>
<p>一晃接近5年过去，时间也虚度了（在这方面），钱也花了很多——真的不少，随便找个外包就是几万块但也不见得做出自己想要的东西（主要问题并不在外包，而在于自己的需求和想法在不断地变化）……到了八月份，痛定思痛，决定自己动手。</p>
<p>真的开始玩命学了，就会知道，难依旧很难，但其实也没有多难——起码不会“不可逾越”。两个月过去，期间各种杂事忙碌，主要是国庆长假期间有大把的时间折腾。慢慢开朗了一些，找到一些感觉。祝我顺利！</p>
