Recent versions of macOS block unsigned apps by default, which hurts indie developers because they have to pay Apple $99/year in order to sign their apps. That's why TouchBarDino, and a lot of other free macOS apps by small developers, are unsigned and won't run by default.
To run these apps, right-click/control-click the .app file and click on Open. This will add a security exception for that app, and in the future you can just double-click it to open.
after unzipping it and opening the application i get this error
“Dino” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.
how do i solve this?
