This is the list of issues related to the #1477

• Issue 1: When the user changes the language (e.g., from English to French), the page appears distorted for a brief moment.

• Issue 2: Add translation in invalid publisher ID.

• Issue 3: Add the translation for already exist email address and Error while Create IATI Publisher Account and IATI Registry Account.
  

• Issue 4: When the user change the language when they are in registration page then they get redirected to the login page.
