This functionality is available on old website and should be implemented here too.

Is that a simple emailing or should it involve database?

The old website has a Report model, which stores the reports in the db.

OK. So it should:

  1. Save it to database.
  2. Notify team members.

current spam protection methods are sufficient right now so I move this to "later"
