Simply have to wait until the new hblauncher comes out for the o3ds. I have the same problem.

for all of you with problems on 11.4 with the hbl cia, you can download the 11.2.0-35U payload. and put it in your hblauncherloader folder, and rename it to OLD-11-4-0-37-USA.bin. it should work.

@TheKing0fArkham go to https://smealum.github.io/3ds, select OLD 11.2.0-35U, download otherapp, and save it to sd_card/hblauncherloader/OLD-11-4-0-37-USA.bin.

Worked on my o3DS on 11.4 :)

Excuse me guys, where do you find hblauncherloader folder, I can't find it anywhere from my sd card. Does HBL come with hblauncherloader folder???
