Every database might have several links to external resources:

Monium dashboard
Log search
Coredumps

Historically monium link as a Solomon link and was displayed in the list of databases as an icon visible on hover

Currently Monium link is displayed in a popup in the list of databases and as an icon on the database page

In this ticket it is supposed to create ui that will allow displaying several links for every database in the list
and on the database page

the fact that installations outside yandex don't have monium integrations so no links will be displayed in those installations.
