Issue warnings for data sets which have high standard deviations as a function of Q. These warnings may be due to texture, single crystal peaks, or graininess. May need to put this in before/after the masking. Don't break or stop anything just give the user a heads up.

Related: what is a good standard deviation threshold for texture, assuming using standard deviation is ok.
