Would it be possible to have schedules based on temperatures rather than time; for example if the temperature drops below/above a certain threshold then turn the switch on/off?
Currently I use a Sonoff TH-16 to heat the room where my guinea pigs are - the switch is connected to a 2.5kW oil filled radiator and I use Domoticz to drive the schedule but if Domoticz and the switch lose sync, the schedule dies which can leave the heater on or off (both could be pretty dangerous for different reasons).
It seems there is a nice gap waiting to be filled where the switch which has temperature data could be switched based on those readings 👍

@DJBenson There is a work in progress that some day will end up merged but till then things need to be tested and the RAM prepared :) cause we have to much crap laying in it for no reason. But yes we will be able to use a so called controller instead of the scheduler that will allow us do much more things than just triggering a relay or light at a given time
for more details refer to Controller discussion
