这在合理范围内，和ip关系不大，和你的域名关系更大。 此外我把3个平台都测了一遍，福州并没有问题。有问题的依然是泉州和河南移动（河南移动经常抽风，有时可以有时不可以） |

和域名关系大点，福州电信会屏蔽未备案廉价域后缀（.site .xyz .top等 ），我换到.us.kg在同样的配置下可以访问了 |
