How to obtain Insomniac

It's obvious this is a highly requested enchant. How should one obtain this enchant?

That would be nice, but I haven't added books to the custom enchant system yet

If you stay awake for 10 nights in a row, then all phantoms you kill after will rarely drop "glistening membranes" (which could have an enchantment glint) which can be put in a crafting table surrounding a piece of gear to give one level of insomniac.

By the way, I realized something. I'm pretty sure you can actually just register enchants on the server and they work fine (e.g. books could have StoredEnchants and enchant properly).
