I can't get this to work on NFSU2

I have checked this code pretty thorough, but it doesn't work.
It appears to be making the changes in game judging on the mapping of the controls.
but the game will no longer react to gamepad input.

Extraoptions and widescreen fix installed, trying to get it to werk with Dualshock 4+ DS4windos, and Dualsens +DualSenseX. both not working

Is your controller on XInput port 1?

Check with the included XInputChecker in DS4Windows.

Alternatively, you can use Steam Input.

For me its also not working, XInput Port 1 connected with DS4Windows.
For Most Wanted 2005 it works like a charm. I just copied the whole folder into the scripts folder.

Any idea?
