podspec 文件错误 , 以前仓库地址是https://github.com/sipdar/mp3lame-for-ios.git.
配置文件如下
s.source = { :git => "https://github.com/sipdar/mp3lame-for-ios.git", :tag => s.version.to_s ,:submodules => true}
应该变更为
s.source = { :git => "https://github.com/wuqiong/mp3lame-for-ios.git", :tag => s.version.to_s ,:submodules => true}
