当前问题

请描述清楚你使用的环境，最好有相应的截图以便我们重现问题
当贡献者提交信息成功后，

1，前端:提交按钮应该灰掉
2，后端显示“网络异常”太笼统，应该是”用户已经提交，请到邮箱查看证书”
3，当用户再次打开邮箱的提醒链接时候，页面显示”用户已经提交，请到邮箱查看证书“，提交按钮灰掉
