Discussion case: missing ONT barcode folders despite barcode usage in lab

Case: Lab-team use a subset (or all) of barcodes that should be present after basecalling in the run folder.

Possible scenario: Some of the barcode folders may be missing despite their usage from the lab-team.

In the current state, the barcode_collection function in ont.py outputs a list of barcode paths in iRODS. If a barcode folder is missing, although was used from the lab-team, it continues after logging a warning.

We should discuss whether this should be considered as an error or leave it as warning.
