Deploying takes too long

Possible things to change:

• Incremental copy (only scp things that have changed)
• More compression (currently just whatever zip does by default)

If Rsync is used to transfer only files that have changed, the --checksum or --ignore-times option may need to be set, since the time on the BBB may not match the real world time.
