After successfull 3D payment, Iyzico labels payment as failed

Hi. Currently, we have installed the plugin to capture payment from Iyzico. Non-3DS payment is normal and working. However, we have faced some errors through 3DS payment.

According to Iyzico agent, the issue is payment gateway request is made to non-3DS endpoint after 3D verification screen and the payment is labelled "3Ds Üye İşyerine Dönüldü" in Iyzico dashboard.

However, after 3DS verification, Sylius redirects user to orders panel without any error and shows that the payment is made successfully.

Another problem is that users get order emails right after click "PAY" button. During 3DS verification, users get order completed email whether the payment process is finished or not.

Do you have any idea to fix the problem?
