Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, RT prediction is skipped when refining / transferring a model in the local dlomix pipeline if it contains unknown modifications.

Describe the solution you would like

RT prediction should be performed for all peptides that are supported, then RT alignment should be done only on those.
