When using features subcommand it should be possible to search channels for feature packs.

Note: this is likely going to require changes to manifests to mark some streams as feature packs

What about just filtering artifacts based on name - if it ends on "-galleon-pack" then include it in the list?

It works for the feature packs we have currently, but it's not a required naming scheme
