That depends on your browser, in Firefox it is about:preferences... If you are expecting it to flip languages as you toggle between en and fr on your website it will not. It is fixed.

This is a duplicate of #404

You have already been giving the correct answer there is no wet-boew solution as it relies on the browser generated file uploaded.

As discussed in the open duplicate only solution would be a jquery file upload, but that has not been implemented as it require a bit of work to make it accessible. If you like to research this and submit the work you may but other this remains as something that won't be fixed.

I am just a volunteer on this GitHub project.
