Generators, and generators for those generators

Transforms have a lifespan of one SVG path. I want to be able to parse an SVG document, get a whole buttload of paths, and run each one through the pipeline. What's that you say? I can do that? Sure I can, but transforms like center aren't aware they are spanning multiple paths, and won't be able to actually center a group of paths together until I can do this.
