Knotennummer, die sich seit 2 Jahren nicht mehr gemeldet haben, werden als veraltet markiert.

Bei der Wahl neuer Knotennnummern werden zunächst nur nicht vergebene Nummern vergeben. Gitb es keine zu vergebenden Nummern mehr, werden die als veraltet markierten Nummern neu vergeben (älteste zuerst)
