Homebrew Channel Version

0.7.2

Device Model

LG C2

webOS Version

webOS 24

Rooted

Yes

Bug Description

After recent update to webOS24 I've lost ssh access that was previously configured with public key, but te root status is still ok.

To add my key again, I've tried to use telnet, but to my surprise the TV isn't able to launch telnet.
I've tried to launch from homebrew channel updater app, but it says telnetd wasn't found.
I've also tried to reinstall homebrew channel from the same app but no success.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Enable Telnet from Homebrew Channel Configuration

  2. Perform a System Reboot

  3. Try to connect to Telnet, but no response

  4. Launch homebrew channel updater

  5. Use option 8

  6. Console says telnetd not found

Expected Behavior

Telnet should launch
