getting error EGL_BAD_PARAMETER on startup

Bug Description

On arch linux the application just opens a blank screen and when run through the terminal i get the following error

Error loading the injected bundle (././/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/webkit2gtk-4.1/injected-bundle/libwebkit2gtkinjectedbundle.so): ././/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/webkit2gtk-4.1/injected-bundle/libwebkit2gtkinjectedbundle.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Could not create default EGL display: EGL_BAD_PARAMETER. Aborting...

running the pre-release version gives the error:

Could not create default EGL display: EGL_BAD_PARAMETER. Aborting...

i do have webkit2gtk-4.1 installed so im not sure what im doing wrong.
