You can contribute by dummy information and placing it on site

Installing project Locally

just clone the projec with

git clone https://github.com/web-contribution-DWOC/portfolio.git

and open index.html file with any browser

If you want to add any feature open the issue for it and if you get assigned start working on it.
if you want to work on existing issue just comment on the issue and you will get assigned
