web-animations.js will Change "document.documentElement.style" from CSSStyleDeclaration to Object , in safari, if i use

var docStyle = document.documentElement.style;
if ('WebkitAppearance' in docStyle){
   // will never come in 
}

In safari inspect ,I can find "document.documentElement.style" has Object Prototype like CSSStyleDeclaration. But It's not work in safari,like https://stackoverflow.com/questions/46051149/newly-added-function-property-to-object-prototype-undefined-in-safari/46095738
