'custom effects' demo not working

I am trying to use web-animations.js to create canvas/webGL animations. Working with DOM is straight forward, however 'custom effects' animation models is not well documented. I found only this relevant demo at http://web-animations.github.io/web-animations-demos/snowfall/.

The demo does not work, did the syntax changed or is it a bug?

Thanks for your report.

I think this is an issue with the version of Polymer the demo references - version 0.13 doesn't seem to work in Chrome m36+.

We'll look at updating the Polymer version referenced by the demo.
