After rolling back to v1.36.0, it can respond normally.

@owlcloud Can you provide some more detailed information? As for proxy,Only people in certain regions need proxy(like china).Here is my configuration.
host: 'https://cn.bing.com'
proxy: 'http://127.0.0.1:7890'(Clash)
If you are using a proxy, remember to apply the proxy to Bing.(Some proxy will automatically skip Bing)

Removing the check for if you are banned makes it work fine. Another method for testing it will be needed.
