[Bug]: Transparency settings on Windows only works on the first tab

Current Behavior

Hi there, I noticed the transparency settings only work on my first tab in Waveterm which looks abnormal.

Expected Behavior

Expecting transparency settings to work normally on every tab.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install the latest version of Waveterm.
2. Set configurations as below:

   {
     "autoupdate:channel": "latest",
     "term:transparency": 0.75,
     "window:transparent": true,
     "window:opacity": 0.5,
     "window:confirmonclose": true,
     "web:defaultsearch": "https://www.google.com/search?q={query}",
     "term:copyonselect": true
   }

3. Restart Waveterm and create a few new tabs.
