Add workDirMasking option to concord-agent.conf to enable masking of workDir values in logs. The actual path is replaced with a `$WORK_DIR` literal.

/tmp/concord-agent/xxxxxyyyyyzzzzz) is replaced with a$WORK_DIRliteral.
