[BUG] 내 계정 팔로우 가능 버그 & 게시글 버그 #82

로그인 후 마이페이지에 접속하는 경우, 의도된 것인지 모르겠지만 자신의 프로필에도 팔로우 기능이 활성화 되어있습니다.
다른 유저의 게시글 확인 후 마이페이지에 접속했을 때 상단의 유저 이름은 변경되나 게시글 목록은 변화하지 않고, 다른 유저의 게시글이 나타납니다.
