Hi! We would like to add a wiki page for the end-users to learn more about the upgrade of the address format.

This page would serve as the single source of truth and would be linked from different places like Talisman, Subwallet etc.

@Alex-Houdz, thanks for this issue. Will the unified address format be consistent across all UX? Talisman, Nova, Subwallet, etc? If so, feel free to add a new PR!
