from quick skim, this seems to be an issue:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/w3c/wai-statements/master/content/generator.nl.md
is totally different from:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/w3c/wai-statements/master/content/generator.md

Unless this tool is different, they should be the same content just in another language. e.g.:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/w3c/wai-video-standards-and-benefits/master/content/index.nl.md
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/w3c/wai-video-standards-and-benefits/master/content/index.md
