There are several areas where the text and formatting in the reviewed version (https://www.w3.org/TR/2024/WD-input-events-2-20241018/) of the spec have errors or otherwise could be clarified. Here are some examples I identified in my review:
General
The tables are missing the typical W3C markup and formatting (compare the tables in this document with the tables in the Input Events Level 1 document.
In general, I suggest using some markup to indicate references to technical terms (either formatting like <code>, or links to the term's definition). For example, "Inputtypes", "beforeinput", "IME", etc
"Status of This Document" preamble
The document says "Inputtypes", but the document doesn't define "input types" in my understanding. Should this be "Input event types"?.
Section 6.1.3
some word is missing in "returns , unless the inputType"
Section 6.1.2 Attributes
Theres an errant period in "transpose the last two grapheme cluster. that were entered", and "cluster" should be "clusters"
