A particular application I use has no window menu. winBuddy has no problem loading into the program, so it gets the default red border w/out shadow. Is there anyway I can hide window border if app has no window menu to control winBuddy functionality?

Yes add these keys to the applications plist file

winBuddy_ShouldHideMenubar
winBuddy_HideShadow
winBuddy_HideMenubar

All keys should be saved as a number with the value either 0 or 1

winBuddy should add a menu if there is no Window menu though, I guess that's a bug.

It's not added to Spotlight. Also, when spotlight is affected by winBuddy (having its shadow removed, border added) it's unresponsive - you cannot type anything inside, it's not focusable.
