How can I make use of the Bootstrap subnavigation, as seen on the Bootstrap website? You can see another example here: https://github.com/logical42/Bootstrapped-Rails/wiki/Twitter-Bootstrap-Subnavigation

I can't get it to work by just adding the HTML/HAML code.
