vue2 组件使用setup语法糖编写 并打包发布 项目中引用时报错

vue2.7版本 当我使用setup语法 编写公共组件库 并且打包后发布都私有仓库时 在别的项目引用时会报错:
[Vue warn]: onUnmounted is called when there is no active component instance to be associated with. Lifecycle injection APIs can only be used during execution of setup().
但是当我将编译好的文件直接放到项目中引用时就可以正常运行

2.7.x里也可以使用 我用了好久了 只是最近想将一些公共组件提取出来 发布成单独的npm包 就发现了这个问题，打包后再node_modules中引用就好报错，直接把文件放到项目中就是好的，所以我在想是不是项目的配置哪里缺少了什么，使其能对node_modules中的这些组件也能编译 项目使用的是 "@vue/cli-service": "~5.0.0", transpileDependencies: true配置也开启了
