Packeton cannot identify old libs in current lib #269

Description

If a lib was renamed the old name is not included in the packages:

https://github.com/dompdf/php-svg-lib
Now: dompdf/php-svg-lib
before: phenx/php-svg-lib

=> Demo: https://demo.packeton.org/packages/dompdf/php-svg-lib

But I cannot add the package "phenx/php-svg-lib". Is there a workaround?
