Currently SPLICE-q expects contigs to have a 'chr' prefix. However, this is not always the case for e.g. viral genomes or novel genome assemblies. It would be helpful if SPLICE-q can use contig (chromosome) names as-is, without trying to add a 'chr' prefix if one is missing.
