[BUG]: Avoid faulthy overview of git changes including only prettified effect on the rocrate-matadata.json

🐛 Bug description

We currently provide a nice prettified representation of the jsonld metadata.
Because of this git thinks that the file has changed.
Instead we should have a second file to store the prettified version of this data and put this file in the gitignore.

Suggested filename would be: .pretty-rocrate-metadata.json
