OSD Overwrites Video in Non-Widget Areas

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Random on Power Up
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Overwriting video 
everywhere there isn't a "Widget"


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Extra_800 
with my own character set attached with screen shots of the overwrite video. 
Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit.

Please provide any additional information below. Usually uploading the 
character set fixes it.
