Minim osd horizon jumbled text- firmware upload fail?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Clear eeprom
2.load firmware
3. turn on osd, look at footage

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output is smooth. Instead it is a bunch of odd characters. 
In mwosd, this is due to uploading fonts incorrectly. 
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

2.3.2 pre 727, windows 7, 64 bit


Please provide any additional information below.

The osd text is jumbled, and while it can be made out, the horizon is 
completely screwed up. This is what happens when firmware upload failed in mw 
osd.
