[Feature Request] Add sc68 support

Hello Dev, please add support to sc68 format. ZXTune offers a huge database of audio formats but sc68 is still missing. I'm pretty sure it would be greatly appreciated by fans of retro music.

We can easily listening to archives downloaded from masterpiece webpages like zxart.ee, sndh.atari.org, hvsc.c64.org, asma.atari.org.... but no way how to listening to the masterpiece tar.gz archive from sc68.atari.org (...except Winamp with sc68 plugin but it is not way I like)

Listen (for example) F.O.F.T..sc68 from Ben Daglish and you will understand why people want this masterpiece format to ZXTune..... (btw there's a ton of similar amazing tunes in sc68 archive https://sc68.atari.org/musics_all.html) Enjoy :)

Btw2: if you add support to that sc68, it would be nice if you also add support to that tar.gz archive :)

Unfortunately, there're no any suitable sndh/sc68 libraries to integrate. So I have to write my own - it's already in progress. But since there're way to many work to do (and I'm not familiar with that platform) I cannot give any forecast....
